The Santa Clara County Democratic Central Committee is the local Democratic Party organization. Some of the activities we are routinely involved in include voter registration, precinct walking, phone banking and vote
outreach. We often debate important issues, offer resolutions, and endorse and support local candidates.

Regular meetings of the Central Committee are held beginning at 7:00 P.M. on the first Thursday of each month in the cafeteria of the county office building at 70 W. Hedding Street (near the corner of N. First) in San Jose. Visitors are welcome.  Central Commitee meetings will start promptly at 7:00, as the building closes at 9:00.

The local Democratic County Committee is comprised of elected members, appointed members and general non-voting members. Nonvoting membership is open to all registered Democrats in Santa Clara County. For more information, see http://sccdp.org/.
